🔄 Cancellation Policy

• Once a user submits the assessment form and makes the payment, the processing of your personalized report begins.

• Cancellations are not allowed once the form is submitted or the service has been initiated.

• If no form or required input is received within 7 days of payment, the service will be held until further user communication.

💸 Refund Policy

• As our services include personalized digital reports and consultations, we do not offer refunds once the process has started or the report is delivered.

• However, a refund may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Payment made by mistake and no form has been submitted yet

  • Technical error causing payment without confirmation

In such cases, please email us at info@kycgoals.com within 24 hours of the transaction with:

• Payment receipt

• Reason for refund

• Transaction ID

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
